FAQ

Quick answers about ordering, study-focus language, payment proof, shipping, and customer tools.

How do orders work?

Add items to cart, enter checkout information, choose payment instructions, upload proof, and submit the order for manual review.

When is an order final?

Orders stay pending until payment proof is reviewed and matched to the order number.

What does “studied for” mean?

It means the listing summarizes research focus areas, pathways, models, or markers commonly discussed around that item. It is not a claim about results or human use.

Do product pages provide dosing?

No. Product pages do not provide dosing, administration, medical, diagnostic, treatment, prevention, or human-use guidance.

What should I put in the payment note?

Only include your name and order number. Do not include product names, research terms, meds, peptides, or item details in payment notes.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $8 for shipped orders. Local pickup remains free. The cart and checkout summary show the current shipping line.

How do I check status?

Use the Order Status page with your order number. Customer-safe status does not display product names.

What is customer login for?

Customer login lets you view matching orders, tracking, notes, and available store credit using your email or phone plus an order number.

What is a Full Research Kit?

Eligible products may offer a bundled Full Research Kit option for convenience. The exact product and selected option are shown in the cart and order summary before checkout.

How do I get help?
