Product pages are not medical guidance and do not provide dosing, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cosmetic-result, or human-use instructions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable laws, handling requirements, institutional protocols, and documentation before ordering. Bell & Bin does not verify or approve any research protocol.
Checkout submissions are reviewed manually. An order is not final until payment proof is matched to the submitted order number.
Only include your name and order number in payment notes. Do not include product names, research terms, meds, peptides, or catalog item details.
Shipping is a flat $8 for shipped orders unless otherwise noted. Local pickup remains free. Tracking is added to the customer-safe order status page after shipment.
Shipping timelines may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, inventory timing, or manual review status.
If your mailer arrives damaged, record a continuous video before and while opening it in case the product inside is damaged. Include the outside of the mailer, shipping label, seal, and contents in the recording.
Bell & Bin will reship the order once at no charge. If a second reship is needed for the same order, it will be available for 30% of the original order price.
Message Bell & Bin as quickly as possible with your order number if you need to correct contact information, shipping information, or order details before fulfillment.
Issues are reviewed case by case. Store credit may be used when appropriate. Keep your order number available so the correct record can be found.
Product pages include a Files / COA area where lab documents or batch files can be linked when available. If a document is not listed yet, message Bell & Bin with the product name and order number.
Use the Order Status page to check the latest update with your order number. Customer login can show matching orders, status, notes, tracking, and store credit.
